Katie Ball
Katie brings a broad-spectrum of life experiences to her role, having multiple different careers, from a 9-5 office job, supporting young people with disabilities, graduating from university with a First-Class Honours Degree in Adult Nurse. As a qualified Nurse, she has extensive experience working with a diversity of people with acute and chronic health conditions in the National Health Service (NHS) in emergency, critical care and research services. She has transitioned into a career of coaching and personal training to help others in her own way, using her broad skills and life experiences. After all, prevention is better than cure.
Katie coaches’ individuals to a healthier more fulfilled life and higher levels of performance by inspiring and empowering them to achieve their goals through individualised training, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle management and education. She has a strong belief that you can do anything you set your mind to, and has proven this with her own health and body transformation journey and career change to Coaching and Personal Training. Physical activity has always been a huge part of Katie’s life growing up she played field hockey from the age of four years old. She has represented her, county, region in Europe and has captained club teams in the Women’s National Hockey League.
Through her passion to get incredibly strong she recently turned her hand to competitive Strong Woman this year and became England’s Strongest Natural Woman at U65kg and placed third in the British Finals and has qualified for the World Final’s in October this year.
She will delve into the physical and mindset side from a female perspective and explore what it takes to perform at a high level and reach your potential.
