After starting working in a commercial facility, I slowly started to become obsessed with human performance. I consumed as much info from blogs, articles, videos as possible and started to build a backlog of training knowledge to put in to action.

Steve is one of the most sought after Nutrition and Functional Medicine Practitioners in the UK. Steve originally came from a Sports Science background; thus has been involved in health & physical performance for well over 15 years now. Whilst Steve has a broad knowledge he finds himself specialising in areas such as digestive health, injury and recovery, metabolic conditions as well as general energy and physique challenges.
Doug Robson
YOGA
Originally from Botswana, Doug Robson worked several jobs in several countries before finding his path as a stuntman. He soon found his way into productions such as Jurassic World 2, Star Wars, Kingsman 2 and James Bond, as well as doubling Channing Tatum, Luke Evans and Colin Firth. After an injury prevented him from his normal training he turned his attention to Yoga. He is now one of its biggest advocates and a teacher.
Jason Elliott

Jason is a Strong First Level Two certified personal trainer and has been in the industry since 2003, training everybody from the general population to ex England footballers. His vast knowledge and experience of many different tools of the trade enables him to design creative and effective strength training programs for both men and women. Jason’s philosophy of working hard and staying positive in order to gain optimum results, works.

Stephen began his journey into manual medicine after seeing the failings of conventional manual therapy & medicine in dealing with biomechanical injuries & more complex multi-faceted injuries. His sporting and academic background has lead him to work with some of the world’s best. A true heavy-weight in his field, we estimate that his appointments total more than 53,000 clinic sessions – more than most therapists will see in a lifetime.
Lauren Green
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Lauren has been training for over 20 years and understands the benefits of training, both physically and mentally. In 2016 she participated in her first powerlifting competition and in that time has reached “elite total” status in her weight class and continues to keep pushing her own boundaries. Pushing herself to these limits has had a huge shift towards the importance of prioritising recovery above all else.

Over the years I’ve been fortunate to be trained and mentored by some truly innovative and influential yoga practitioners such as Max Strom of Inner Axis, Triyoga’s Anna Ashby and James Reeves of Irest Yoga nidra. With a background in the film and television industry as a stunt performer, and as a busy mother of three boys, I understand the demands we can place on our bodies and the importance of a strong core – both physical and mental! I’m excited about sharing my positive outlook and life inspiration with others through my unique blend of ‘breath, balance and being’ based yoga.

Lotte discovered yoga in 2013, after a decade of training in performing arts at Italia Conti Associates. Over the past 5 years she has completed her 500 hour certification in hatha yoga and vinyasa flow, and now offers a full schedule, teaching public classes across a number of studios in London, as well as privates, corporates and retreats. She believes that the practice of yoga is not just limited to the 4 corners of a yoga mat. Passionate about the natural world, Lotte aims to raise awareness about environmental issues through her activism, and advocacy for sustainable living.

She will delve into the physical and mindset side from a female perspective and explore what it takes to perform at a high level and reach your potential.

Heather Pearson MSc ST MSMA MART Dip Sp. Psych., Dip APT., is a well-respected sports therapist and strength coach. In 2001 Heather was involved in a traumatic car crash where she sustained whole body injuries, multiple trapped nerves, headaches and whole body dysfunction – for years she couldn’t walk properly without pain or a limp. After many years of battling with agony, Heather changed industry, became a therapist and coach and founded 1body4life. 15 years later, Heather has travelled the world to learn from the most elite coaches’ and health professionals.
Nicole Yeomans
ZOOLOGIST
Nicole is a Zoologist with over 12 years’ experience in the industry. She trained Komodo Dragons as a zookeeper in Spain, co-founded the UK’s first sanctuary for King Cobras, and researched coral reef bacterial communities in the Maldives. She has written published marine policy for the UK government, sits on the University of Derby’s Environmental Sciences Board of Advisors and is a Biodiversity Specialist for a fortune 500 company. In her spare time, Nicole loves writing, scuba diving and martial arts -especially the art of the samurai sword which she has been training in for over 8 years.
Tom Lowes
OSTEOPATH & MEDICAL ACUPUNCTURIST
Tom is an Osteopath and medical acupuncturist with a masters degree in Sports Medicine. He has worked extensively in the film and entertainment industry since 2010, with his role usually being 1:1 with cast in an injury prevention or rehabilitation capacity. He’s been fortunate enough to be have been involved in franchises such as Star Wars, Game of Thrones and Bond, as well as supporting a number of artists in the music industry.
Andy Torbet
PROFESSIONAL CAVE DIVER, FREE DIVER, CLIMBER & SKYDIVER
As well as leading a number of exploratory expeditions Andy also performs technical stunts for documentaries and films, has presented 22 TV series on the BBC, CBBC, Discovery US, CH5 and the History Channel, written over 250 articles and one book.After 10 years in the British Forces as a Bomb Disposal Officer and Paratrooper, Andy left to pursue a career in exploration and film-making. This has seen him on adventures around the world including free dive under the Alaskan ice, stand in a 700 degree fireball, climb a 12 storey glass building, swim with sharks and cave dive inside icebergs.

Giovana trained as a professional dancer/actress/singer in one of London’s top Dance & Musical Theatre Academy’s – The Urdang Academy. Along with her BA, Giovana is a an ISTD qualified Dance Teacher as well as a Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer. Giovana coaches individuals to reach their goals and aims to empower people to fulfil their full potential. Giovana gained a passion for extreme sports such as Sky diving, Kick Boxing and Scuba diving and specialises as a Stretchologist in the StretchLAB, London. Being in the performing industry for over 20 years, Giovana has knowledge on the impact the industry has on the body and ways to overcome it.

Inspiring people to a life of freedom in nothing but the skin they’re in. Through strength and mobility, martial arts and breath-work he helps people dissolve fear, break through disbelief and rediscover that being physically active is a rewarding challenge well worth pursuing.

Antonia Osbourne
NUTRITIONIST & HEALTH COACH
Antonia has an MSc in Clinical Nutrition from UCL, is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN) and certified Personal Trainer. Her recent research critically evaluates the effects of the ketogenic diet on health and performance. Antonia assesses the latest scientific research, with a particular interest in: metabolic health, nutrient gene interaction, weight management and therefore specialises in supporting clients with health, performance and body composition goals.
Benjamin James

Ben has always been fascinated with people and has led an active lifestyle from a young age, so it only made sense that he’d go down the road of personal training. He began his fitness career in Wellington, New Zealand, during a five-year stint of backpacking around the world. During this time, he learned from the top trainers at his club, studied everything available to him on various forms of training, and worked alongside physiotherapists to learn more about injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
