Lotte discovered yoga in 2013, after a decade of training in performing arts at Italia Conti Associates.

Over the past 5 years she has completed her 500 hour certification in hatha yoga and vinyasa flow, and now offers a full schedule, teaching public classes across a number of studios in London, as well as privates, corporates and retreats.

She combines her love of dance and interest in the human body to deliver creative yet informed, anatomy-focused classes.

She believes that the practice of yoga is not just limited to the 4 corners of a yoga mat. Passionate about the natural world, Lotte aims to raise awareness about environmental issues through her activism, and advocacy for sustainable living.
